Time in the treatment room is valuable. We at Senses Wellness, Spa and Salon understand that situations may arise, leading to a cancelled appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For an appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to the card on file. This fee covers the reserved time for the esthetician as well as the impact on scheduling. Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment must do so within 24 hours of their original appointment to avoid cancellation fees. You can easily reschedule through your email confirmation link when original appointment was scheduled.

All no-show appointments are subject to 100% of the reserved service amount.

All appointments require a $20 deposit to book an appointment. This deposit is applied to total balance. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and can be applied to first rescheduled appointments within 24 hours’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations and not applied for second notice rescheduling.
